1. Publication Policy
Strategic Perspectives is committed to maintaining high academic standards, transparency, and editorial integrity in all its publications.
1. Submission Requirements
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts (research articles or book reviews) in MS Word format, along with:
A brief author biography
Complete and valid contact details
All submissions must comply with the journal’s author guidelines and ethical standards.
2. Peer Review and Editorial Evaluation
All manuscripts submitted to Strategic Perspectives undergo a rigorous double‑blind peer‑review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, selected from national and international academic and research institutions, based on subject‑matter expertise and absence of conflicts of interest.
Prior to external review, submissions are subject to an initial editorial screening to assess relevance to the journal’s scope, originality, and compliance with submission and ethical requirements.
3. Decision‑Making Authority
Publication decisions are made by the Editor‑in‑Chief or designated Section Editor on the basis of reviewers’ reports and recommendations. Reviewers provide advisory evaluations, while the final decision to accept, request revisions, or reject a manuscript rests solely with the editorial team.
Manuscripts are accepted for publication strictly on academic merit, following satisfactory completion of the peer‑review process and required revisions, where applicable.
4. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by the publisher, funding body, or any external organization. The journal maintains a clear separation between editorial responsibilities and publishing or administrative functions to safeguard academic integrity and prevent conflicts of interest.
5. Publication Charges
Strategic Perspectives does not charge any article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees at any stage of the publication process.
6. Author Publication Frequency
To ensure diversity of scholarship and fair representation, an author whose work has been published in the journal may submit a new manuscript only after the publication of two consecutive issues of Strategic Perspectives.
7. Ethical Commitment
The journal adheres to internationally recognized standards of research ethics and publication integrity and follows best practices recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
This publication policy ensures fairness, transparency, and scholarly rigor in the selection and publication of all manuscripts
